This month’s Premier networking breakfast saw more than 120 Puget Sound-area agents come together to discuss the latest luxury housing market trends and activity. Brokers from as far away as Bellingham joined local brokers at Broadmoor Country Club to present their newest luxury listings and hear updates on the newest trends in architecture and construction.
Stuart Silk, principal at Stuart Silk Architects, presented new trends we are seeing in architecture, referring to “building science” and how homes today are built like IBM computers. Paul Vassallo, partner at Stuart Miller, spoke about the trends on construction, debunking some common myths about the pricing of construction projects.
