Every month, Windermere brokers get together for the Windermere Premier Breakfast to network with each other and learn about the latest trends in luxury real estate.
This month, we will be convening at the Overlake Golf and Country Club to discuss the waterfront housing market and how we, as brokers, can make it easier for you to find your dream home on the water.
To help our brokers excel in the waterfront market, we’ll be featuring a presentation by luxury real estate appraiser, Alan Pope. Our brokers will hear what makes a luxury home stand out straight from the source. His experience and knowledge of real estate trends is integral to helping our agents better serve you.
There will also be a panel of four Windermere agents who will share waterfront real estate statistics and trends from different neighborhoods throughout Seattle and the Eastside. The panel will have Kelly Weisfield discussing Mercer Island, Anna Riley for the Eastside, Margo Allan discussing Sammamish, and Barb Cahill for Seattle.
