In a previous trend report from November, luxury sales were up 59% since 2013 with 27 sales. Between that report and the end of the year, three more transactions closed! Two of them were on the Eastside, with one in Seattle, and Windermere represented five of the six sides. We’ve updated our statistics sheet below to reflect all of the luxury sales in 2014.
